We make sure our services are the best quality, that’s why each quote is provided individually depending on the client’s needs, the number of doors and drawers, quality of the surface, damages and elements which may affect the difficulties and time of our work. 

We reserve the rights to alter any details and prices of products advertised without notice. All our quotations are valid for ten working days only. After this period, we can’t guarantee the same price given in the quote. There’s 20% deposit required for every quoted job, which must be paid within three days of accepting the offer and date.

Any additional work that was not agreed in the quote is additionally quoted on the working day, for example missing or damaged elements, additional handles, hinges, slats, lights, damages etc.

All payments must be made upon completion of work: we accept cash or card payments. All bank transfers must be made and confirmed with the employee upon completion of work.

We only carry out all repairs when the entire payment for the work has been made, the same applies to the warranty. We reserve the right to refuse repairs before any payment is made.


We provide a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers peeling off of the wrap, which is not affected by the customer. Any damages caused by the customer will be priced up individually. 


No claims about colour shall be considered after goods are installed. 

Our colour chart is available hereIf you wish to, we also send samples to make your colour decision more comfortable. Please note that the colour of the wrap might be slightly different due to lighting and white balance. We use only one manufacturer’s wraps to ensure our colour chart is as accurate as possible. Please note that shade of the colour can look slightly different on wrapped units compared to the one with paper background (sample). Many aspects as kickboards LED lights or standard ceiling LED lights may cause the colour shading or look slightly different. We do NOT take any responsibility for any of these as we only supply and fit material bought for a customer.


Before our arrival, give your kitchen a good clean and remove everything from cupboards and worktops. We are not responsible for any damage if surfaces are not emptied. There’s £80 cleaning fee if the kitchen requires cleaning before wrapping. If your kitchen is too small, we might need to use another room to wrap your kitchen elements.


We are not responsible for technical problems with the boiler at the time of disassembly. When installing the splashback, we charge £8 for replacing a single contact socket. When the customer decides to buy new sockets by themselves, prior consultation is recommended to match the intended use. In the case of purchasing an unsuitable element for the installation, or its replacement/lack, petrol costs are added if an additional visit is required.

We disassemble the sink only at the customer’s request, taking into account other installation elements and their prices.

When applying the foil, it is usually advisable to disassemble the sink/cooker in order to avoid joints on the glued elements of the worktop.

The price of replacing the countertops does not include the costs related to the installation of the sink or cooker, only cutting holes for them and the installation elements required for this purpose. The option of connecting the above-mentioned elements is subject to a separate quote corresponding to the client’s needs.

In the event of unexpected repairs of damaged parts of the glued elements, we reserve the right to extend the time and date of the service and to charge additional costs related to it.


We take pictures and record videos before we start working and after the kitchen is finished. We use these materials for advertising purposes and as a evidence of the quality.


We’re doing our best to reply as soon as we can. However, please allow up to 48 hours to respond.


We don’t accept any form of abuse against our staff members. We reserve the rights to stop work and report any abuse to the head office. In case of this, the customer is obligated to pay the whole amount agreed in quotation.

Placing an order is equal to accept the above terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the rights of a consumer.
